We were approached by a firm of accountants to assist with the quantification of work in progress in a solicitor’s partnership dispute.
The case concerned an extremely busy solicitor’s practice that had an extraordinarily high volume of work in progress for their size. Not only that, but the underlying partnership dispute was extremely acrimonious, with mistrust on both sides.
